Do you have locker rooms?
Yes, Beets Cycle Barre locations have lockers with built in, easy-to-use locks. We also have separate changing rooms, complete with toiletries and, showers.
Do you have water or do I have to bring mine?
We have filtered water fountains at the studio if you need to fill up your bottle. We have a variety of water bottles available for purchase as well.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. It's important for us to know who's joining us and to have your contact information. Adults can create an account online, in studio, or by calling a studio. Anyone under 18 can create an account in studio provided their parent or guardian is present.
Do I need to bring anything special for class?
We recommend wearing sticky tow socks for each class, and of course bring a water bottle. We have both available for purchase at the studio, and will help you choose the right fit. All other equipment is included with your class. If you want to bring your own mat, you are welcome to do so. We also have a few different mat option available for purchase in studio.
How early should I come?
If it's your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note, that if you have not signed in 4 minutes before the class starts, your spot may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold spots for up to 10 minutes after class starts.
What do I need to wear?
We suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom. Yoga inspired clothing works perfectly.
How does it work when I get there?
When you arrive at the studio, check in with the front desk. The staff will help you sign-in for your class, give you a tour of the studio, and answer all your questions.
Can I come to class if I am pregnant?
Yes, you can. However, please clear it with your doctor and bring a doctor’s note with you to class before beginning any prenatal program. Please inform your instructor prior to class that you are pregnant. We suggest arriving a little early to discuss modifications with your instructor before class.
