1. What is your favorite indoor cycling hack? If I don’t have time to drink my coffee in the morning I might put it into my water bottle…desperate times call for desperate measures.
2. Name a song that you have almost put into a playlist, like multiple times? Queen - We Will Rock You or Bohemian Rhaposody
3. How many times have you eaten beets before working at Beets? 2 times -- in smoothies.
4. What has led you to instructing at Beets? It’s all about the community - I love watching the progression of the people starting as strangers in the studio, then calling them family.
5. What can we expect in your class? My style is all about friends, fitness and fun.
